=== onWebChat - Live Chat & AI Chatbot for OpenCart 2.3.x ===

Live chat and AI chatbot for your OpenCart 2.3.0.0 - 2.3.0.2 store.
Works with every theme, including Journal 2: the chat widget is injected
into the footer of every page, no layout assignment needed.

Features
  - Live chat widget on every storefront page
  - AI product sync: your catalogue trains the chatbot automatically
    (bulk sync, then kept up to date on every product add / edit / delete,
    sell-out and scheduled promo change)
  - AI order status lookup: the chatbot answers "where is my order?" with
    live data, after verifying the customer (order number + order email)
  - Product cards in the chat when the bot recommends products
  - Optional "signed-in customers only" mode
  - Update notices inside the OpenCart admin
  - Admin languages: en-gb, de-de, el-gr, es-es, fr-fr, it-it, pl-pl, pt-pt

Requirements
  - OpenCart 2.3.0.0, 2.3.0.1 or 2.3.0.2
  - PHP 5.4 or newer with the curl extension (PHP 7 recommended)
  - A free onWebChat account: https://www.onwebchat.com/signup.php

== Installation ==

1. Extract the zip. Upload the CONTENTS of the "upload" folder to the root
   directory of your OpenCart installation (where admin/ and catalog/ are),
   merging with the existing folders. No core file is overwritten.

   Alternative: if FTP is configured under System > Settings > FTP, you can
   upload this zip through Extensions > Extension Installer instead.

2. In the OpenCart admin go to Extensions > Extensions, choose "Modules"
   from the dropdown, find "onWebChat - Live Chat" and click the green
   Install (+) button, then the blue Edit (pencil) button.

3. Enter your Chat Id (from https://www.onwebchat.com/login.php), leave
   Enable on and click Save. The chat widget now appears on every page of
   your store automatically.

4. Optional, for the AI chatbot: on the same page, under "AI Product Sync",
   enter your onWebChat email and password and click Connect, then
   "Sync all products now". AI order status lookup is switched on when you
   connect and can be toggled there.

== Upgrading from the old 2.3.x module (widget only) ==

Upload the new files over the old ones (step 1) and open the module's
settings page once (Extensions > Extensions > Modules > onWebChat > Edit).
Your Chat Id is kept, and the new build registers what it needs on that
first visit. The layout assignments of the old module can stay: the widget
is never added twice.

== Uninstall ==

Extensions > Extensions > Modules > onWebChat > Uninstall (the red minus
button). Your settings are kept in a backup so a reinstall picks them up
again; disconnect and clear the Chat Id before uninstalling if you want a
clean slate.
