What is white label live chat?

White label live chat is a chat widget that carries only your brand. In onWebChat you can hide the "by onWebChat" link at the bottom of the widget and show your own logo or brand image in the chat header, so visitors see only your brand, with no trace of third-party branding.

Can I fully remove the onWebChat branding?

Yes. On the Pro and AI agent plans, and during the 14-day free trial, you can hide the "by onWebChat" link, so the chat widget shows no onWebChat name, logo or link. You can also add your own logo or brand image to the chat header, making the widget look like a native part of your website.

Can I add my own logo to the chat header?

Yes. On the Pro and AI agent plans you can upload a small image or logo under Settings → Widget → Widget Settings → Appearance → Header Image. It appears in the chat header and replaces the default look with your own brand identity.

How do I activate the white label feature?

It takes a few clicks. In your dashboard, go to Settings → Widget → Widget Settings → Appearance and turn on "Hide branding". Save your changes, and the "by onWebChat" link disappears from your chat widget.
