I've tried many chat plugins. Most claim the plugin is free, but that is usually not the case. onWebChat is the exception.
I've reached out to their support team on several occasions and they are quick to respond, helpful, and professional. Keep in mind that I have not purchased a Pro subscription yet, and the service level is still a breath of fresh air. Give it a shot - I think you'll agree!
