Step 1 From your BigCommerce dashboard, go to Storefront → Script Manager.
Step 2 Click the Create a Script button.
Step 3 Configure the script:
- Set the script location to the footer.
- Select the pages where you want the live chat widget to appear.
- Set the chat script as Functional.
- Paste the onWebChat widget code into the script field.
- Click Save.
