Step 1 From your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes. Next to your current theme, click the … (three dots) button → Edit code.
Step 2 Open theme.liquid in the Layout folder and paste the onWebChat widget code right before the closing </body> tag, then click Save. The chat now appears on every page of your store.
Don't have the widget code yet? Create a free onWebChat account, then copy the code from Settings > Widget > Installation in your dashboard.
Step 3 Optional: to show the chat only on some products or pages, add the code to a separate template instead of theme.liquid, then assign that template to those products or pages.
