Step 1 From your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes. Click Actions → Edit code.
Step 2 Find the template where you want the chat widget (e.g. theme.liquid or a specific template). Click the edit (pencil) button and add the onWebChat widget code at the bottom of the file.

Step 3 Go to the products or pages where you want the chat and assign the theme template that contains the onWebChat code.
