Works with any theme, including Journal

The chat widget now loads independently of your storefront theme, so it works out of the box with the Journal theme and every other OpenCart theme — no extra configuration required.

Automatic update notices

The extension checks for new releases and notifies you right inside your OpenCart admin whenever an update is available, so you are always on the latest version.

OpenCart 4 Extension Installation Guide

Step 1 From the OpenCart Admin Dashboard, go to Extensions → Installer. Select the onWebChat extension (.zip file) and upload it.

Step 2 Click the green + button to install the extension.

Step 3 Go to Extensions → Extensions, select Modules from the dropdown. Find the onWebChat extension, click the + button, then click the pencil (edit) icon.

Step 4 Enter your Chat ID, enable the extension, then click Save.
