Step 1 Log in to your PrestaShop Admin Panel. Go to the "Modules and Services" section. Select the location of the module file and upload it.

Step 2 Search for "onWebChat" module. The "onWebChat" should appear in the results; click the "Install" button.

Step 3 Paste your Chat ID and click “Save”.

Congratulations! Your live chat widget is now available on your website.
