Step 1 Login to your PrestaShop Admin Panel. Go to the “Modules and Services” section. Select the location of the module file, and upload it.

Step 2 Search for “onWebChat" module The “onWebChat” should appear in the results, click “Install” button

Step 3 Paste your Chat Id and click “Save”.
