Add a branded chat widget and an AI chatbot to every site you build. Either run the accounts for your clients on an agency rate, or just refer them and earn 25% of every payment for as long as they stay. One or the other, per client.
Some agencies want to own the chat setup and keep it as a service they charge for. Others just want their clients handled and a share of the revenue. Both work, and every client account follows one of the two, never both at once.
Each client website gets its own onWebChat account: its own dashboard, widget settings, AI training and chat history. You take a seat in each account and handle the installation, the chatbot training and the monitoring, the same way you already manage their hosting or their analytics.
Every onWebChat account, free ones included, has a referral link. A visitor who signs up within 90 days of clicking it is attributed to you, and you earn 25% of every payment that account makes, net of VAT, for as long as it keeps paying. Not only the first month.
One or the other, per client account. An account is either on an agency rate or earning you commission. Take the rate when you run the chat as a service and bill your client for it: your margin is the difference between what we charge you and what you charge them. Take the commission when the client runs their own chat and you simply want paying for the introduction. Accounts on an agency rate are not counted in your affiliate commission.
The same product on every plan, whether the client is a one-page portfolio or a busy shop.
Remove the "by onWebChat" link and put your client's logo or brand image in the chat header. Included in every paid plan.
The setup reads the client's site and writes the first training set. You review it, test it in the dashboard and switch it on.
WooCommerce and OpenCart plugins sync the catalogue into the bot's knowledge and let it answer "where is my order".
Seats per person, departments, transfers, canned replies, and iOS and Android apps so your client answers from a phone.
Open the chat after a few seconds on a page, on inactivity or when the visitor is about to leave, and watch who is on the site right now.
AI analytics show what the bot answered, where it failed and what to fix, with a draft answer you apply in one click.
The public prices, the ones your client sees on the pricing page. Nothing is hidden from them and nothing changes because you are the one setting it up.
| Free | 1 seat, unlimited chats, 1 year of chat history |
|---|---|
| Pro | $8 per seat / month, white label, unlimited history, triggers, departments |
| AI agent | $17 / month, one seat plus the AI chatbot with 200 conversations a month |
| Longer cycles | 12.5% off paying every 6 months, 25% off paying every 12 months |
Inside a single account, seats get volume discounts: 5% from 2 seats, 10% from 4, 15% from 6, 20% from 8, 25% from 10, 30% from 14 and more above that. A 14-day free trial of the AI agent plus Pro, with 50 AI credits, starts every new account, no card needed.
Seat discounts apply inside one account, so they do not help an agency running ten separate client accounts. That case we price by hand, and it is worth asking. Accounts on an agency rate earn no affiliate commission, so this is the route for clients you actually manage.
An onWebChat account belongs to one website: one dashboard, one login email, one widget configuration, one AI training set. There is no single console that switches between client accounts yet, so each client gets their own account and its own login email, an alias such as you+clientname@youragency.com works fine. Most agencies keep the admin login, add the client as a seat, and hand the account over later if the client takes chat in house.
If one console across all your clients is what decides it for you, write to us and say so. We are counting how many agencies ask for it, and that count is what moves it up the list.
Start with one client on the 14-day free trial, then tell us how many are coming and we will price the group.
