These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between onWebChat ("onWebChat", "we", or "us") and you ("you") regarding the services provided through the ONWEBCHAT.COM website. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By clicking "I accept" during registration or by using our services, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, and affirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the account owner. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice.
To use our services, you must complete the registration form on the "Register" page. You must provide truthful and accurate information as requested. During registration, you will need to specify an email address and a password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. onWebChat reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account if deemed necessary.
Some of our services are free, while others are offered for a monthly or annual fee. The fee depends on the specific services you select. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
onWebChat makes every effort to ensure continuous access to our services. However, you acknowledge that there may be times, both scheduled and unscheduled, when the services are unavailable. We will notify you in advance of planned maintenance. Despite our best efforts, onWebChat is not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Due to the wide variety of web browsers and versions, onWebChat cannot guarantee that the chat widget will display flawlessly for every visitor. In certain outdated browsers, the chat window may not render correctly. We are not liable for display issues or if installing the chat widget affects your website's layout. It is your responsibility to ensure your website functions properly after installation.
The AI chatbots utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI's GPT API. You acknowledge that AI systems may produce "hallucinations" or outputs that appear factual but are incorrect. onWebChat provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You, as the "Operator," are responsible for monitoring and verifying AI responses to your visitors.
onWebChat disclaims all liability for losses, claims, damages, penalties, or costs arising from or related to AI-generated outputs, including outputs that are misleading, incomplete, unlawful, or otherwise incorrect. You remain solely responsible for any decisions, representations, offers, pricing, contractual commitments, or communications made to visitors through your chatbot.
AI Transparency Obligations: In compliance with the EU AI Act (2026), if you enable AI features, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your website visitors are informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. onWebChat provides the tools for this disclosure, but the legal obligation to ensure transparency remains with you.

We reserve the right to revise our usage policies, including the monthly conversation limits (for the free plan) and the chat history retention period. Plan pricing is subject to change at any time. The prices listed on our website are always the current rates. Paying customers will be notified in advance via email of any price changes.
By subscribing to a paid plan (via credit card or PayPal): (i) you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method, and (ii) you authorize onWebChat to automatically charge your payment method for all account-related fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription.
Subscription fees apply as long as your account is active, regardless of usage. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
Unauthorized use or resale of our services without prior written consent from onWebChat is strictly prohibited.
We encourage users to try our service for free before committing to a paid plan. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, but we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will downgrade to the free plan.
If you manage an onWebChat account on behalf of a third party, or if a third party uses the service through your account, you represent and warrant that (i) you are authorized to act on their behalf and bind them to this agreement, and (ii) you will not share customer data with unauthorized third parties.

This agreement grants you access to onWebChat's services but does not convey any software licenses. You may not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying data of our services. You may not remove or modify any service information or create derivative works. Your account is for the exclusive use of your business, and you may not share or resell the services to third parties.
onWebChat, onwebchat.com, and all associated logos, trademarks, product names, and trade names are the exclusive property of onWebChat. You may not use any of our trademarks or product names without our express written consent.
onWebChat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
