Step 1
From the OpenCart Admin Dashboard, go to Extensions → Installer. Select the onWebChat extension (.zip file) and upload it.
Step 2
Go to Extensions → Extensions, select Modules from the dropdown. Find the onWebChat extension, click the + button, then click the pencil (edit) icon.
Step 4
Go to Design → Layouts. Edit each layout (Home, categories, products, etc.) and add onWebChat - Live Chat to Content Bottom. Do this for all layouts to show the chat widget on every page.
Step 5
Click the + button, then edit, select onWebChat - Live Chat from Content Bottom, and click Save.
Done! Your live chat widget is now live on your OpenCart store.
