- What is white-label live chat?
- White-labeling lets you remove the "by onWebChat" link from the bottom of the chat widget and replace the default header image with your own logo or brand icon. Your visitors will see a widget that looks completely native to your site, with no third-party branding visible.

- Our AI chatbot uses OpenAI's GPT-5 models to deliver natural, human-like conversations. It can respond to your website visitors instantly, even when your team is offline. Training it is automatic: you give us your website address, we read your pages and write its settings for you in about 2 minutes. You can also add text manually or upload files at any time.

- About two minutes. You give onWebChat the address of your website, it reads your pages, writes the chatbot settings in your own language and reports which visitor questions it can already answer. You review what it prepared, fill any gap in one line and switch the bot on. No developer, no training files to prepare. See the two-minute setup.
- What is AI Analytics, and does it use my AI credits?
- AI Analytics reads every conversation your chatbot has, about an hour after it ends, and shows you what it answered, where it failed and what to fix, with a draft answer you apply in one click. A written report is emailed to you every Monday. It is included in the AI agent plan and does not spend your AI credits. Read more about AI Analytics.
- Is the AI agent available as a standalone plan?
- Yes. As a standalone plan, the AI agent costs $17 per month and includes 1 Pro seat, so you do not need a separate Pro subscription. If you already have Pro, you can add the AI agent to it as an add-on. Either way, it answers your visitors 24/7 and includes 200 AI conversations per month. When you sign up, your 14-day free trial includes the AI agent (+ Pro) with 50 AI credits.
- How much do additional AI credits cost?
- One AI credit covers one complete conversation with a visitor. Whenever you need more, you can buy additional credits in these packs:

- How much do I save with 6-month or yearly billing?
- Paying every 6 months saves 12.5% and paying yearly saves 25%. The Pro plan then costs $7 or $6 per seat per month instead of $8, and the AI agent plan $14.88 or $12.75 per month instead of $17, charged as $89.25 every 6 months or $153 a year.
- What are AI-powered tools?
- While chatting with a visitor, our AI can help you in one click. The Pro plan includes AI writing tools: correct grammar and syntax, or improve the clarity and tone of your message.
- What are AI-generated replies?
- On the Pro and AI agent plans, the AI can write a complete reply for you while you chat with a visitor, based on your instructions, your AI training content and the conversation so far. It uses 1 AI credit per conversation, no matter how many times you use it in that conversation, and you review every reply before sending it. On the Pro plan it uses AI credits you buy, and it is not available on the Free plan.
- Can I chat with visitors who write in another language?
- Yes. On the Pro and AI agent plans a Translate button appears whenever a visitor writes in a language other than yours, on live chats, chat history and offline messages. One click translates their messages into your language (each agent picks their own), and new messages are translated as they arrive. It uses no AI credits. Your replies are sent as you write them. - What are triggers?
- Triggers are automatic pop-up messages based on visitor behavior. For example, you can show a message when someone stays on your pricing page for more than 15 seconds, or when they are about to leave, and ask if they need help.
- What is visitor monitoring?
- Visitor monitoring helps you track and analyze visitors in real time. You can view details such as country, city, browser, device, time on site, number of visits, and more.
- What are Typing Insights?
- Typing Insights let you see what visitors are typing before they click send. This gives you more time to prepare faster, more helpful replies.
- Do I have to pay to sign up?
- No. Signing up is free. When you register, you get a 14-day free trial of the AI agent (+ Pro) with 50 AI credits included. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account automatically switches to the Free plan.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay by credit or debit card, with PayPal, or with Google Pay. American Express is not supported yet. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
