Yes. On the Pro and AI agent plans a Translate button appears whenever a visitor writes in a language other than yours, on live chats, chat history and offline messages. One click translates their messages into your language (each agent picks their own), and new messages are translated as they arrive. It uses no AI credits. Your replies are sent as you write them.

Triggers are automatic pop-up messages based on visitor behavior. For example, you can show a message when someone stays on your pricing page for more than 15 seconds and ask if they need help.

Visitor monitoring helps you track and analyze visitors in real time. You can view details such as country, city, browser, device, time on site, number of visits, and more.
