Unlimited Chat History
onWebChat keeps records of all chats between you and your customers. This allows you to review past discussions at any time to understand who you are addressing, what the issue or question was, and how you assisted them.
On the Pro and AI agent plans, chat history is available for the entire duration of your subscription. On the Free plan, chats are kept for one year.
Find the Exact Spot in Chat History
When chatting with customers, you often need to refer to previous conversations. The Visitor History panel on the chat page lists the visitor's earlier chats, so you can open one in a click instead of scrolling. On the History page you can search all conversations, filter them by label and download them.
