Add a New Language

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Languages
  2. Click Add Language
  3. Select your desired language from the list

Your chat widget is now configured for multilingual support.

Automatic Language Detection

The widget automatically detects each visitor's browser language. If that language is not enabled in your dashboard, it falls back to your default language.

Set Your Default Language

To change the default language:

  1. Go to Settings > Languages
  2. Click your current default language (e.g. English)
  3. Choose your new default from the pop-up
