What plans are available?
There are two plans available: Free (unlimited chats and 1 agent) and Pro AI (AI chatbot, white label branding, and unlimited chat history). Visit our pricing page for full details.
Do you provide a mobile app?
Yes, we offer free Android and iOS apps so you can chat with visitors, monitor activity, review history, and more.
In which languages is the live chat dashboard available?
The dashboard supports multiple languages including English, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovenian, Greek, and Turkish.
Where can I find my invoices?
Log in, open the top-right menu and go to Payments, then open Payment History to view and download invoices.
Can I use my account on multiple domains?
Yes. You can use one account on multiple domains. Billing on Pro AI is based on number of agents, not domains.

Payments

Do I have to pay to sign up?
No. Signup does not require payment and includes a free one-month Pro AI trial.
How can I pay?
You can pay with credit/debit card or PayPal. American Express is not currently supported.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for 6 or 12 month payments and additional discounts based on number of agents.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to Payments in your dashboard and click Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How can I change my payment method?
From Payments (Change Plan), click Update Payment Method and follow the steps.

AI chatbots

How can I integrate the AI chatbot into my website?
Sign up, add training data (Q&A or website content), and you can test your AI chatbot right away.
How is the AI chatbot priced?
Pricing starts at $6 for 200 full chat dialogs, with lower prices at higher volumes.
Do chatbot credits expire?
No, credits do not expire. If your subscription pauses, your remaining credits stay in your account.
Can the AI bot understand questions, even those with errors, in any language?
Yes. It is designed to understand user intent and provide multilingual responses.
Is my data secure with the AI chatbot?
Yes. Security and privacy are core priorities in all onWebChat services.

How do I change the email address for offline messages?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Widget > Offline Form and update email recipients.
How can I change the email of an agent?
Go to Settings > Agents and edit the agent profile.
How can I switch between dark, light, and system mode on the dashboard?
Use the theme switcher in the top-right corner and pick Light, Dark, or System.
Can I set auto logout for agents?
Yes, from your account settings you can set inactivity behavior and auto status changes.

Can I track visitors to my website?
Yes, visitor monitoring lets you view country, current page, time on site, and more in real time.
What is the Visitors History page?
It helps you review past sessions with filters and details even when visitors are offline.
Can I transfer the chat to another agent?
Yes, active chats can be transferred to another connected agent.
Can I invite visitors to chat?
Yes, using triggers (automated) or manual invites from the visitor list.

How do I insert links in my chat, triggers and shortcuts?
Use markdown style links like [click here](https://example.com). Plain URLs are auto-linked.
How can I test triggers?
Use a fresh session (private tab or cleared cookies). Triggers run once per visit.
How can I create a button on my website to open the chat widget?
Use JavaScript API: onWebChat.set("max",1);.
Do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes. Contact support for affiliate details.
How can I insert a line break in the chat?
Press Shift+Enter to insert a line break.
What file types and sizes are supported?
Files up to 50MB are supported for allowed file types (images, documents, and text files).
